To apply Face & Body Spray, follow these steps:

1. Cleanse: Start with clean skin by washing your face or body with a gentle cleanser.
   
2. Shake: Shake the O2SkinCare bottle well before each use to ensure proper distribution of oxygen.
3. Spray: Hold the bottle about 6 inches away from your skin and mist evenly over the desired area. 
4. Let Dry: Allow the spray to air dry for a few minutes before applying other products, or dressing.
5. Use Regularly: For best results, use twice daily on affected areas. 
   

Safe for all ages and skin types; can be used both before and after applying serum and/or moisturizer. May also be used on scalp to awaken dormant hair follicles.
